Once your order ships, you will receive an email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows you to track the status of your package after it has left our offices, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the UPS has confirmed that your order has been received, Skye Beauty Glitz and Glam is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure the address is accurate. Skye Beauty Glitz and Glam is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the UPS and are beyond our control.

Due to products being custom made all sales are final.
If there is a defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photos, at that time we will evaluate the issue and try to come to a resolution. Please send your email to skyebeautyglitzandglam@gmail.com.
